- Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, intimate apparel/underwear, earrings/jewelry for hygiene reasons, and final sale items

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include original packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, or are returned outside the approved return period.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product limitations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Earrings or certain jewelry items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@isupportlgbt.org.
Please include:

- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
- Depending on your bank or card provider, additional processing time may apply
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.
Because many items are made-to-order or processed quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.
