The pin I ordered didn't come with the stickers I ordered but I got a quick reply when I asked about it - I had not realized it was on back order. The beautiful pin arrived a couple weeks later and they kindly also included a matching magnet and some stickers too! It was a lovely surprise and I'm grateful for it!!!! Thank you so much!!!

The pin is great, but I'll never buy from here again which is really unfortunate. I bought two different pin orders, one shipped immediately, I received it, they seems well made, a little pricey but I'm here for the cause and the support. The second never shipped, I waited 3 weeks before reaching out to customer service politely asking for a shipping update and never received a response. I politely sent a second email a few days later asking the same, just a kind "hey do you have a shipping update available any help would be greatly appreciated." No response. So naturally I'm aggravated at this point. $50 for 4 pins and I only received two and customer service is unresponsive. I send a third email blatantly stating that if I do not hear back within two business days I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund. Wouldn't you know, the pin magically ships 2 business days later. No "I'm so sorry for the delay" "we've been busy" "we received your previous messages" nothing.
