Pros: These are beautiful, extra large sized "blanket scarves" [fyi, too large for children]. They appear to be high quality, and have lots of versatility [good thing since they are pricey]. They are also very soft and warm and will be cozy to wear as temperatures drop. I bought these as gifts, and everyone loves them. The product itself deserves a 5 star rating.

Con: Slow shipping and poor customer care. You are charged immediately before anything ships, and then the processing, handling and shipping is excessively slow. There is only an email provided for customers to reach out to the company. When I never received a response I feared this was a scam. It was only when I demanded a refund that I suddenly got an automated alert on my SHOP app that my order had shipped. I'm not sure what to make of that. This is why I have reduced 1 star in my rating. Hopefully, the company can improve their customer care and shipment time, because these are very nice scarves.

I had first bought this offer before Christmas as gifts . I didn’t end up with one for myself ! So when you ran this deal again after Christmas , I had to have it ! Once again I gave the rest as gifts and everyone loves them !! That the size is large enough to be a shawl or folded down a scarf is very appealing . And the softness ! Wow ! A great product for gift giving !

Great, fun scarf

Scarf is huge. Not sure how I will wear it. I should have paid attention to the dimensions when I ordered it. Disappointed.

I gave them all as gifts - to a couple who belong to a senior fitness program with me, and to my daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. The weather has been unseasonably warm - I hope that we do get a winter where they can wear these scarves with pride.

I ordered these for Christmas gifts. They arrived after the first week of January. It was impossible to track the package without creating an account on a new app. With so many scammers out there, I was not willing to take that risk, especially since your website was impossible to find. You give the impression of being a shady operation. I was surprised when the package actually arrived. The products are OK, but they're much wider than I'd expected. They're more like a shawl than a scarf. I doubt my kids will actually use and wear them.

Looks great, but not as soft as described by other users. It is definitely a synthetic fabric, not wool or cotton as expected.

They are quite lovely and will be joyfully worn by many friends this winter.
